FREE Nonsurgical N95 Masks at Pharmacies & Health Centers (CVS, etc)

The US government will now be providing free 400 million nonsurgical N95 masks, which will be available at pharmacies and community health centers. This effort started in January 2022 and continues as the pandemic rages on and supplies are replenished on a store level. The masks will be sourced from the USA Strategic National Stockpile, and there will be a limit of 3 masks per person to ensure as many people as possible have access.

How to get free masks:

  1. Masks should be available in most stores but they go fast, you may want to call ahead or call multiple stores to see which stores have them so you don’t waste gas or time.
  2. You can find the masks at local CVS & Walgreens pharmacies and community health centers, and get up to 3 free masks.
