JCPenney’s Kids Zone Crafts are always something to look forward to. This time round, the children get to enjoy a Valentine’s Craft Activity. These events used to be held in-stores from 11am to Noon, but the kits are simply handed out in-stores now so that you can do them at home. This is in keeping with protocol due to the pandemic. Head in-stores Saturday, February 13th to score your free kit.
